I have never had a real estate agent work so hard as GingerAnne, and throughout it all she was very patient and funny, and just a joy to work with. She had to contend with three people, all with different opinions / desires and wants (Only two of whom were paying the bill). We had her looking for houses from Brock to Brighton and every place in between. She showed us so many properties and she got right in there to look for things (one house had a 'hidden shelter' that she got right into to check out). As new people to country living, she was just full of information on Septic Tanks, Well Water and Propane Heating. When she didn't know about something, she said she would check it out and within a few hours she completed her research and got back to us. She was one of those rare people in business that told us what we needed to know, not what she thought we wanted to know. She made the decision making so easy, because she was there to answer questions and you could really trust what she had to say. And did I say how much fun she was to work with. When going out to look at a house and meet with her (when you could do that), we looked forward to seeing her and hearing what she had to say...…… a strong 10/10 score by all three of us!
